Hello, my name is Captain Glen Petit and I would like to invite you to go fishing with me aboard my boat the Dogsled. My passion for fishing was ignited at a very young age fishing along side my dad. During my life, I have fished with many Captains in many sportfishing destinations off the coast of Florida and the Keys, Hawaii, New England, and St. Thomas.
I have spent years living in Rhode Island, chartering and tournament fishing to the canyons off the coast of New England and putting game fish on the deck of the Dogsled. This fishery is where the Gulf Stream spins off warm water eddy’s which hold the same fish including Mahi, Yellow Fin Tuna, and Wahoo, that are targeted in the islands.
Vacationing and fishing in St. Thomas for over 30 years I have always dreamed of one day moving with my wife Missy to the islands and charter my boat. Dockwise Yacht Transport will be picking up the Dogsled up November 1, 2009 and delivering it to St. Thomas. The dream will begin!
